We want you to be happy with your purchases. If your items are unsatisfactory or defective you may return your purchase for a full refund. If you want to exchange for a different item/items, we are happy to accommodate. All returns/exchanges must be requested and postmarked within 30 days of receipt of your order. The item must not have been worn, changed, altered, washed or cleaned and must be returned in the same condition it was received. All original tags must be attached.
To request an exchange or a return authorization please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com. One of our representatives will respond between 1-2 business days.
*Any return or exchange that does not meet with Walter's policy will not be accepted or refunded and will be sent back at your expense. All refunds/exchanges will be processed after the Walter return department inspects and verifies the condition of the contents of the package. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
